Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery time
Standard delivery time is usually 10-21 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us at averoncustomers@gmail.com with your order number and tracking ID. We will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policies.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your eyewear. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Return window
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are in their original condition.
Condition of returned items
To be accepted, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Free from scratches or damage
- In the original packaging, including any cases, cloths, and tags
We recommend trying your glasses on carefully at home before removing any tags or protective films.
How to start a return
- Email averoncustomers@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund or store credit.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
- Original shipping costs may not be refundable (unless the item is faulty or we made an error).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different style or colour, contact us and we will guide you through the process. In many cases, we will ask you to return the original pair and place a new order, to ensure fast and accurate processing.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your glasses arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Once confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
Important Notes
- Certain items (e.g. custom or prescription lenses, if you add them in future) may be non‑returnable or subject to different conditions; any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- AVERON is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending items back.
